Vendors may use your precise location information to provide tailored content and advertising, view special offers on products, or to improve customer service experience based on your location. Vendors may utilize Google Maps Application Programming Interface to gather information about your location.
Service use data , including data about the features you use, the emails and advertisements you view, the products you consider and purchase, the date and time you access the Platform, the pages you access while using the Platform, and the IP address, from which you linked directly to the Platform.

When Pepe’s Pizza enters into agreements with third-party service providers, Pepe’s Pizza asks third-party service providers to use personal data as needed and instructed by Pepe’s Pizza.

Pepe’s Pizza uses industry standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. The security program we use includes measures such as access controls, network intrusion detection, routine training, firewalls, and anti-virus software.
While Pepe’s Pizza does its best to protect your personal data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or data breach of our systems. If information under Pepe’s Pizza’s control is compromised as a result of a breach of data security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify individuals whose information may have been compromised and Pepe’s Pizza will take additional steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You can change some information connected to your account as well as adjust your account settings by logging into your account. There are some pieces of information connected to your account that you may not be able to change, like the email address you used to create your account.
E-mail and Text Message Preferences
If you would like to stop receiving promotional materials from Pepe’s Pizza via e-mail, log onto your account and adjust your e-mail preferences. If you would like to stop receiving promotional materials from Pepe’s Pizza via text-message, follow the instructions on the text message notification from Pepe’s Pizza. Although you can opt out of receiving promotional materials via text message, you may still receive transactional messages via text message.
Geolocation and Device Information
You may change the Platform’s access to your device information by limiting the viewing or tracking options on the “Setting” application on your device. You may also control approximate location by adjusting location services settings on your mobile device. Pepe’s Pizza may continue to approximate your location based on your IP address or through other means when you access the Platform through your device.
The Platform is intended and designed for use by persons aged eighteen (18) or older. Pepe’s Pizza will not approve applications of or establish or maintain registrations for any child who Pepe’s Pizza knows to be under the age of thirteen (13). Pepe’s Pizza does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data as defined by the Children’s Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) from children under the age of thirteen (13). Nonetheless, if Pepe’s Pizza learns that it has received personal data from someone who indicates, or Pepe’s Pizza has reason to believe is, under the age of thirteen (13), Pepe’s Pizza will delete such data. A child’s parent or legal guardian may request that the child’s data be corrected or deleted from Pepe’s Pizza’s system by contacting us at the email address or business address listed in the “Contact Us” section below.
