In the article Mr. Cohen also talks with Frank Pepe’s Grandson, Francis Roeselli about the challenges of maintaining the long standing tradition and quality of the original Pepe’s Pizza. Mr. Roselli replies, ” We are being homogenized in our tastes by the prevalence of Dominos and other chains. Our mandate at Pepe’s is to keep the original quality. We dont want to deviate.
